About the NAYC Alumni

Comprised of former members of the Nebraska Agricultural Youth Council (NAYC), the NAYC Alumni was formed to help further the network between current and past NAYC members. The NAYC Alumni helps support the efforts of the current council members through networking, financial support, and sharing the impact of the NAYC on Nebraska’s agricultural industry.

The NAYC Alumni Chapter meets quarterly. To be considered an active member of the NAYC Alumni, alumni must pay a minimum of $25 each calendar year. Additional donations from NAYC Alumni members will go toward a NAYC Scholarship and NAYI Sponsorship Fund.

Active membership provides rewarding opportunities for alumni to participate in. Currently in development is the NAYC mentorship program, which aims to connect current members and recent NAYC graduates with professionals working in career fields similar to their own interests.

NAYC Alumni Mentorship Program

NAYC's Alumni Mentoring Program connects current NAYC members with NAYC Alumni to serve as role models and mentors throughout NAYC members' college careers and potentially beyond. Guidelines and expectations are outlined in the program information document (below).

By filling out the application, you agree that you are willing to be a part of this year-long mentorship program. We will have a kick-off event in September or October where you will meet your mentee. The rest of the meetings will be planned by you and your mentee.
