Nebraska's 23 Natural Resources Districts have a wide variety of responsibilities in management and conservation of the state's natural resources. Governed by locally-elected Boards of Directors and managed by professional staff, the NRDs are a primary contact for Nebraska's farmers, businesses, schools, and citizens for information and assistance regarding natural resources conservation and management.
