Examination Material for Voluntary Registration of Service Personnel
Listed below are the materials needed to study and bring when taking the open book exams to become a voluntary registered service technician in the State of Nebraska.

Once you have the materials and are confident that you are ready to take the exams, download the Service Person Testing Request Form and send it in to schedule a date to test. See below for more information regarding service person testing. Instructions will be given on the location and questions can be addressed about the exams.

- Title 27 Service Personnel Regulations
- Handbook 44, Specifications, Tolerances, and other Technical Requirements for Weighing and Measuring Devices. This handbook can be ordered at http://www.ncwm.net.

Service Person Testing
To sign up for service person testing, complete the Service Person Testing Request Form and mail it to the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Consumer Protection, P.O. Box 94757, Lincoln, NE 68509-4757 OR email it to agr.wam@nebraska.gov.
