Notice: All RUP dicamba labels were vacated in February 6, 2024 with an Existing Stocks Order issued for limited use and distribution and use of the products throughout the 2024 growing season.
Currently there are no approved labels for the Over-the-Top Restricted Use Pesticide (RUP) dicamba herbicides. Pesticide labels are legally binding, and it is prohibited to use a pesticide contrary to its labeling. The use of any product not in accordance with its label is violation of FIFRA (Federal Insecticide Fungicide Rodenticide Act) and the Nebraska Pesticide Act and can be investigated as pesticide misuse. Producers may also want to refer to their seed trait agreements as along with the label, they too may contain product restrictions.
