The Nebraska Cooperative Council is the statewide, non-profit, non-partisan trade association which works to foster, improve, and promote a better understanding of the theory, principles, and practices of the cooperative way of doing business and to develop an unified approach on matters in which there is a common interest. We represent the farmer owned cooperatives in Nebraska, as well as telephone, electrical, consumer and financial cooperatives. The three priorities of the Council are: 1) legislation, 2) regulatory compliance, and 3) education for local cooperative directors.
