Yes! If you look at the front of your food permit renewal postcard, you will see the amount that you owe next to your owner ID. Make checks payable to the Nebraska Department of Agriculture. You can mail in your check to the address listed as the return address on the postcard. Please be sure to write your owner ID on the memo line or include your postcard with your check for reference.

This depends on how you choose to pay for your renewal fee. If you pay with a check, it will take longer than if you pay online. During the renewal season, it can take 3 to 4 weeks for an establishment to receive their new permit.
All payments are due by August 1st.
