• Facility ID#, printed on your Dog and Cat renewal fee postcard.
• Credit card or checking account information.

For online transactions, there is a fee of $3.00 + 3% when using a credit card. There is no fee when using eCheck (ACH). Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
